One of my favourite emails to receive says something along the lines of “are you available to photograph our intimate wedding, in our parents living room?” um, yes! A thousand times yes! I adore small weddings, and this one was extra special because it also featured a Chinese Tea Ceremony.

These two lovebirds are going to be together forever. The love they share is so apparent, and they’re surrounded and very much supported by the loveliest family and friends.

Congratulations, and thank you so much for allowing me to capture such a magnificent event, xo.

Kelowna.

If you’ve ever been there, you know it’s beauty, and if you haven’t had the chance to go there I highly recommend adding it to your summer itinerary.

This amazing couple decided to have an intimate wedding in Kelowna, and asked me to document a portion of the day. If you know me, you know that small weddings and elopements are my absolute favourite, so I wasn’t able to say no! Having only met the day before the wedding, I knew that this was going to be a wedding that I would not soon forget.

Okay, when a couple tells me that they’re walking into their reception to Drakes ‘started from the bottom’ I know it’s meant to be.

Please enjoy these photos, I hope you can feel the excitement, and love that surrounded these two!

When we arrived at Paige’s family acreage it was calm, inside and out. The yard was immaculately groomed by Paige’s mother, and the handmade details were abounding! We decided to hang the dress in the ceremony alter, and found an adorable bench to place the bouquet on.

Inside the girls were having their hair and makeup done, drinking champagne, and playing with the most adorable dog that has ever lived!
